  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 2 to 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed.

  • Custom Orders: For custom sticker designs or larger orders, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days to ensure we create them perfectly for you. We will communicate any longer lead times during the design approval process.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or for unexpected large order volumes, processing times might be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times!

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include the order processing time.

  • Standard Shipping (e.g., USPS First Class Mail):

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

4. Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over a $100.

5. Order Tracking

  • If you select a shipping method that includes tracking, a tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  • For standard (untracked) shipments, we are unable to provide specific location updates once the package has left our facility.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • StickyWitArt is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

  • Please double-check your address carefully before confirming your order!

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • StickyWitArt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please first check with your neighbors, your mail carrier, and your local post office.

  • For packages with tracking, if the tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can assist by providing necessary order details.

9. Packaging

  • We use sturdy, protective packaging (e.g., rigid mailers, bubble mailers) to ensure your stickers arrive in perfect condition.
