Refund Policy:

At StickyWitArt, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your stickers! Because our stickers are unique, custom-made, and often personalized just for you, we have a specific return policy. Please read it carefully.

 

All sales are final at StickyWitArt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong item was sent contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged/defective sticker(s) or wrong item to stickywitart@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at stickywitart@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, your order will likely be in production and cannot be canceled.

 

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 2 to 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed.

• Custom Orders: For custom sticker designs or larger orders, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days to ensure we create them perfectly for you. We will communicate any longer lead times during the design approval process.

• High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or for unexpected large order volumes, processing times might be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times!

At StickyWitArt, we're excited to get your stickers to you as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.​

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include the order processing time.​

StickyWitArt is located in Canton, MA and shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier's performance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

• If you select a shipping method that includes tracking, a tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

• For standard (untracked) shipments, we are unable to provide specific location updates once the package has left our facility.

Packaging

• We use sturdy, protective packaging (e.g., rigid mailers, bubble mailers) to ensure your stickers arrive in perfect condition.

Products and Services

• Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

• Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

• All stickers are created to be waterproof. If you are looking for stickers that are not waterproof please contact us directly at stickywitart@gmail.com before placing your order.

Custom Orders and Intellectual Property

• User-Provided Content: If you submit designs, images, text, or any other content ("User Content") for custom sticker orders:

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize StickyWitArt to use all intellectual property rights in and to any User Content you submit.

  • You grant StickyWitArt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works of the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for internal business purposes (e.g., quality control, order archives).

  • You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. StickyWitArt reserves the right to refuse any order containing such content at its sole discretion.

  • Minimum order for custom stickers is 10 stickers.

• StickyWitArt Designs: All designs, graphics, logos, images, and content created by StickyWitArt and displayed on our website are the exclusive property of StickyWitArt and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from StickyWitArt's designs without our express written permission.

• No Resale of Custom Designs (Unless Agreed): Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing (e.g., via a licensing agreement or specific resale terms), custom designs created by StickyWitArt for you based on your input are for your personal or business use as stickers, and you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the digital design files themselves.

Ordering and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, such as google or apple pay, venmo, others. We do not store your credit card information. You are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• "As Is" Basis: All products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

• Limitation of Liability: In no case shall StickyWitArt, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
